This is the calendar of my activities. I decided that I was going to keep a record of how many times I could control myself, because I don’t want to lose a friend. I have to say I was completely honest in this report.
This month I have been doing research, looking up to God, praying sometimes, reading books, listening to sermons. Somehow, this constant God-seeking attempt has strengthened my control.
